Approved by the Archdiocese
Significant upgrades to the Parish Center will address critical maintenance issues, including brick and mortar work, windows, HVAC, and accessibility
limited expansion will provide adequate space for ministries, committees, youth, and catechesis, allowing for sustainability and growth
Renovations to the Chapel will ensure a dedicated and holy worship space - liturgy instructs us that we have a single sacred space to revere and honor the Blessed Sacrament
Plans include space to allow for a proper sacristy
Design results in important gathering spaces to stimulate community
Creative measures like repurposing pews, altars, and baptismal font will provide traditional elements while reducing cost
This exciting project is focused on must-have features that focus on the Parish mission. Features include: a new Sacristy, seven classrooms, dedicated music room, elevator, new Parish Hall, kitchen, updated chapel, reconfiguration and updating of administration, family restrooms, dedicated youth space, new spaces for ministries
The facilities committee has worked diligently through tightening the scope of the project, finding creative solutions like reclaiming and repurposing pews from closed Churches
Tightening the scope and value engineering have reduced the costs from $14 millions to $8.5 million
We have lead gift commitment of $1 million, giving us momentum, reality, and pace.
The finance council and Parish leaders are prepared to ensure completion by designated reserve dollars to the project if necessary
The updated chapel will be a sacred place for worship to accommodate 250 members
Contruction to begin once we raise 50% of our goal. If we are able to begin in January 2026, we anticipate the facilities at Christmas 2026
Plans are being developed to ensure the continuation of Masses, services, and community engagement during the period of construction
We are organizing for the campaign through the summer and will be inviting Parishioners to join the effort - more details on how you can help advance this vision, along with Campaign materials will be presented in subsequent Town Hall meetings (July)
We are committed to transparency and communication and will keep everyone apprised of our progress through the bulletin and our website

During the renovation process we want to give our Parishioners the opportunity to ask questions, offer comments, and stay up to date with everything as we move forward with this project.
