St. Patrick Lunch Program
Once a month on the Tuesday preceding the third Wednesday, volunteers deliver food items to the Parish Center. Then, the items are taken to St. Patrick Center to be used in its lunch program for the poor. Food items include pre-packaged lettuce, vegetables (cucumbers, onions, mushrooms, etc.), croutons, and dressings as they are sold in the grocery store, or canned vegetables or fruit. Health Department regulations state no salad may be prepared at home.
